Operational Executive — EMEA

We're building the world's first Creator Casino: a creator-powered gaming network where influencers launch Rooms, run drops/missions, and monetize Originals built on top of certified game engines—powered by an AI Host layer and programmable incentives designed for high-frequency sessions and measurable creator performance. This role sits at the center of the money moving through that network—every deposit, withdrawal, and reconciliation that keeps players and creators paid on time.

Role Overview

We're seeking an Operational Executive — EMEA with strong iGaming or sportsbook payments experience and practical knowledge of crypto operations. You'll own the daily operational integrity of player funds: deposits, withdrawals, reconciliations, payment controls, and incident escalation across both fiat and crypto rails. You'll work closely with Payments, Compliance, Finance, Customer Support, Treasury, Risk, and Technology to keep the money side of the platform clean, fast, and auditable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor fiat and crypto deposits, withdrawals, failed payments, delayed transactions, chargebacks, and disputes.

• Run daily reconciliation across PSPs/on-ramp providers, the gaming platform and player ledger, Fireblocks/custody, and bank or on-chain balances.

• Reconcile player liabilities and operational float, flagging liquidity issues before they hit pending withdrawals.

• Review and release eligible withdrawals within treasury limits under the four-eyes principle.

• Investigate gaming-payment and crypto exceptions—player IDs, PSP references, wallet addresses, tx hashes, confirmations, amounts, timestamps.

• Use Greco alongside fraud, KYC, AML, source-of-funds, and responsible-gaming indicators to gather evidence and escalate cases.

• Monitor sportsbook activity, escalating operational incidents to the provider trading team and flagging suspicious betting or sharp play.

• Support month-end close with accurate deposit, withdrawal, settlement, and player-liability data for Finance.

• Report payment KPIs: deposit success, withdrawal turnaround, PSP performance, payment costs, reconciliation breaks, float adequacy.

• Maintain a complete audit trail for every fund movement.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years in payments or financial operations, with direct exposure to iGaming, online casino, sportsbook, fintech, or crypto.

• Strong grasp of the iGaming/sportsbook player lifecycle—deposits, wagering, bonuses, winnings, withdrawals, restrictions, wallets.

• Hands-on PSP and settlement reconciliation across fiat and crypto flows.

• Practical Fireblocks experience: transaction monitoring, wallet balances, approvals, failed transfers, policy exceptions.

• Working knowledge of crypto wallets, blockchain networks, confirmations, tx hashes, network fees, and common deposit/withdrawal exceptions.

• Solid understanding of KYC, AML, fraud prevention, source of funds, and responsible-gaming escalation.

• Basic understanding of sportsbook operations, bet lifecycle, and settlement/back-office tools.

• Advanced Excel skills and comfort with high-volume transaction data.

• Fluent written and spoken English; sound judgment and discretion working remotely.

Nice to Have

• Prior exposure to a control-first, four-eyes-principle payment environment.

• Experience building or refining reconciliation procedures from scratch.

• Familiarity with sportsbook trading escalation workflows.
